Z zabytkowego cmentarza parafialnego w Kobyłce, zaczęły niedawno znikać stare groby. Po sygnałach otrzymanych od naszych Czytelników, postanowiliśmy bliżej przyjrzeć się tej sprawie. Przypuszczenia się potwierdziły, bowiem z kobyłkowskiej nekropolii zniknęło kilka prawosławnych pomników, w tym najstarszy zachowany grób prawosławny z 1874 r. (spoczywała w nim Natalia Iwanowa Zujkowa). W jego miejscu postawiono już nowy grób, zaś zabytkową płytę oparto o mury, znajdującej się nieopodal kaplicy grobowej rodziny Orszaghów. Podobny los spotkał zresztą kilka innych pomników, których pozostałości można znaleźć przy tejże kaplicy.
Przypomnijmy, że decyzją Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Zabytków z 20 lutego 1991 r. cmentarz parafialny w Kobyłce został wpisany do rejestru zabytków. W uzasadnieniu tej decyzji czytamy: „Cmentarz parafialny w Kobyłce posiada wartość historyczną. Został założony w 1803 r. Nagrobki od I połowy XIX w. do I połowy XX w. posiadają wartość zabytkową i artystyczną. Na cmentarzu znajdują się dwie kaplice grobowe: rodziny Matuszewskich i Pieniążków z 1837 r. oraz rodziny Orszaghów z 1927 r. Ogrodzenie pochodzi z I poł. XIX w. Ochronie podlegają również groby żołnierzy poległych w 1920 r., groby żołnierzy Armii Krajowej oraz starodrzew”. Zatem wszelkie zmiany na terenie tego cmentarza powinny być konsultowane z konserwatorem zabytków. Zapytaliśmy więc Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Zabytków w Warszawie o to, czy wyraził zgodę na usunięcie zabytkowych grobów. W odpowiedzi, rzecznik konserwatora zabytków Agnieszka Żukowska poinformowała nas, że: „Zgodnie z przeprowadzoną pilnie kwerendą – Mazowiecki Wojewódzki Konserwator Zabytków nie wydawał żadnych pozwoleń w zakresie przeniesienia / likwidacji mogił z cmentarza w Kobyłce. Z uwagi na dostarczone teraz informacje zapewniamy, że MWKZ podejmie wszelkie czynności, w tym kontrolne, zmierzające do ustalenia stanu faktycznego i kroki prawne w celu wyeliminowania zagrożenia dla zabytku.” Czyżby zatem prawosławne mogiły zostały usunięte bezprawnie?
Proboszcz parafii pw. Świętej Trójcy w Kobyłce ks. prałat Jan Andrzejewski uważa jednak, że wszystko zostało wykonane według przepisów. – Naszym zadaniem jest zachowywać wszelkie groby zabytkowe, łącznie z zabytkowymi pomnikami. Przez piętnaście lat ogłaszane co roku są informacje, że groby, które nie zostały opłacone, nie mają krzyża lub nazwiska, będą przejmowane do pochówku. Żaden zabytkowy pomnik i grób nie został i nie zostanie usunięty – powiedział nam ks. prałat Andrzejewski. Jednocześnie zapytany przez nas o usunięty prawosławny grób z 1874 r., stwierdził: – Mam decyzję konserwatora, według której jeżeli posiadamy zaniedbany grób, na którego płycie chodzą ludzie, to może on zostać przeniesiony. Mam zatem obowiązek taką płytę przenieść na inne miejsce. Choćby przy kaplicy Orszaghów, gdzie będzie bardziej widoczna, żeby ludzie mogli zobaczyć, że taki grób był. Jeżeli grób jest zapadnięty, wówczas także jest zgoda konserwatora zabytków na przeniesienie go – odpowiedział ks. prałat. Jak widać, w tej sprawie pojawiły się dość sprzeczne informacje, a zapewnień ks. prałata Andrzejewskiego nie potwierdza konserwator zabytków.
